David E. Aguilar is the president of Community Collaborative Solutions, LLC established in 2014 to work in partnership with organizations in meeting their challenges by offering innovative and cutting-edge tools that promote sustainable change, adaptability in the ever-changing times, efficiency, and cultural competency.

His expertise includes program planning and evaluation, coalition and capacity building, strategic planning, leadership development and volunteer management, nonprofit law, community based participatory research, grant writing, training and curriculum development.

David’s expertise draws from more than 15 years of national and international experience working in the non-profit sector in the areas of nonprofit law, community based participatory research, advocacy and policy, coalition building, and health care reform. He has previously done extensive work in Spain and is currently consulting in the United States, Philippines and Indonesia.

David holds a Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Navarra, Spain and a post-graduate certificate on Management of Nonprofit organizations from Seton Hall University, New Jersey.

David’s expertise draws from more than 15 years of national and international experience working in the non-profit sector in the areas of nonprofit law, community based participatory research, advocacy and policy, coalition building, and health care reform. He has done extensive work previously in Spain and he is currently providing training and technical assistance to various local and grassroots coalitions in the Philippines and Indonesia to create population impact through enhanced drug prevention practices which provides a solid foundation for integrating policies and culturally appropriate programs. Additionally, he is also consulting with various community-based organizations in New York City who received funding from the NY State Department of Health to spearhead a community outreach program under the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment program (DSRIP).

David holds a Licentiate in Law from the Universidad de Navarra, Spain and a post-graduate certificate on Management of Nonprofit organizations from Seton Hall University, New Jersey. He is also trained on the Service Enterprise Initiative, a national initiative led by Points of Light that strengthens the capacity of nonprofits to fundamentally leverage volunteers and their skills to address community needs. He co-authored peer reviewed publications ranging from coalition building initiative to health prevention research. David is a former board member of Kalusugan Coalition, Inc. and a current member of the New Providence Alliance to prevent Alcohol and Drug Abuse.
